Mike earned his B.S. in Athletic Training from Canisius University, where he also minored in Health and Human Performance. He went on to complete his M.S. in Sports Injury Management at Life University, further refining his clinical expertise. Dr. Kelly grew up in small-town Maine, where his love for outdoor activities and sports was fostered through years of hockey and adventure. He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic - West and his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Springfield College.
With 6 years as an athletic trainer and 3 years as a chiropractor, Dr. Kelly also holds the Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) credential, combining 8 years of education into one certification. His experience includes working with professional, collegiate, and youth athletes, as well as the weekend warriors!

Liza has her Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning and she will complete her Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine in April of 2026. During her Master’s, she completed her fellowship hours at Harvard University working as a strength coach. She currently has her CSCS (Certified Strength and conditioning specialist), ART (Active Release Technique), and her Dry Needling certifications.
Liza has worked with a diverse range of clients and patients throughout her career, including children, teenagers, older adults, collegiate athletes, and professional-level athletes.
